Returns & Refunds

Please note we do not accept returns.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@creekroad.net

Cancellations

We do accept cancellations of orders only if the order is not a custom or printed sign. We print all signs on demand per order request so once the sign is printed, we can no longer cancel the order. If your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel the order and will not give a refund. If you have any issues with your order you can email us at info@creekroad.net
